Rock Global Payments Ltd is a separate legal entity from Rock Enterprise Group Ltd.

Which company provides your service

The company that provides a particular service, and with which you contract, depends on the service and the jurisdiction in which it is provided. The relevant company is identified in the applicable engagement letter, agreement or terms of business.

Regulatory perimeter

Rock is not a bank. No company in the Rock group is a bank or accepts deposits.

Payment services referred to on this website are provided by Rock Global Payments Ltd, where applicable, or through third-party regulated providers under arrangements with a company in the Rock group. Rock Global Payments Ltd’s Canadian registrations are set out above.

Safeguarding of client funds

Rock Global Payments Ltd safeguards funds received from clients in the course of its retail payment activities, in accordance with the Retail Payment Activities Act, using an approved and recognised safeguarding method. Full details are set out in our Terms of Business and our Safeguarding Policy, which we provide to clients and make available on request.

Funds held by a payment service provider are not deposits. They are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme, or any equivalent protection scheme. Rock Global Payments Ltd is not a bank and does not accept deposits.

Terms of Business

Services provided by Rock Global Payments Ltd are governed by our Terms of Business, which are provided to clients before services begin. They set out the scope of services, applicable fees, safeguarding arrangements, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
